Decorah family donates to NICC's fund drive

Decorah residents Mark and Vicki Donhowe are the latest to make a donation to Northeast Iowa Community College's "Campaign for Excellence," in support of student scholarships for the residents of Winneshiek County.
 
The NICC Foundation has thus far raised over $10 million to support NICC students and programming.
