10:05PM: Floyd Ashbacher wins re-election

Winneshiek County supervisor Floyd Ashbacher has won re-election.

Ashbacher earned 1,058 votes in District #2, beating Democrat Barbara Massman, who had 928 votes.  That gave him a victory margin of 53 percent to 47 percent.

Ashbacher was first elected to office in 2012, beating two candidates--Democrat Rachel Vagts and Independent John Franzen.
