"28e Committee" gets a new name

Which governmental committee is in charge of the Trout Run Trail, the Prairie Farmer Trail, the Freeport Trail extension and the Dry Run Trail?

The answer to that question is, "The 28E Committee"--a name that doesn't give much hint to the answer.  But that will change in the future.  The 28E Committee on Wednesday morning voted to change its name to "The Trails of Winneshiek 28E Committee."  The unanimous vote was taken to give the public a better idea of the work of the committee.
