Board of Adjustment wants more time to study tower request

The City of Decorah's Board of Adjustment has delayed any action on a request by Black Hills Energy to erect four communications towers in the city, seeking a variance from existing zoning regulations.

Board of Adjustment members want to tour all four locations before masking a decision and were unable to do that in advance of Monday night's meeting.  The request is expected to be acted on at November's Board of Adjustment meeting.
