Luther College presents 2014 Presser Award to Caleb Sander

Luther College's 2014 Presser Award has been presented to Caleb Sander of Newton.  The award is presented to a Luther student for musical excellence inspired by faith.  Sander is a senior at Luther, majoring in music with a management minor. He plays  piano, violin, percussion and guitar, in addition to singing. Over the course of his studies at Luther, he has participated with Norsemen and Collegiate Chorale, played in Philharmonia Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra and Concert Band, accompanied recitals, lead songs with Outreach, participated on the Focus music team and played fiddle with the Western Home string band.
