Luther Nordic Choir releases new CD

The Luther College Nordic Choir has released a new CD called "Prayer."

The CD features musical selections that were performed during the tours of the 2013-14 academic year.  In addition to "Prayer," other pieces on the CD include "I Have Called You By Name" by Stephen Paulus, the new piece "Entreat Me Not To Leave You" by Dan Forrest, "In the Bleak Midwinter" arranged by Abbie Betinis, and the Nordic Choir traditional closing piece "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross" arranged by Gilbert Martin.

"Prayer" is the fourth album for the Nordic Choir under the direction of Allen Hightower. All recordings by Nordic Choir and other music ensembles at Luther College are available online at www.lutherbookshop.com
