Real estate pre-licensing class is now being offered on-line by NICC

NICC will be offering the 60-Hour Iowa Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course (#31812) online, in partnership with the Iowa Association of Realtors.
 
The 60-hour online course will provide participants the most comprehensive coverage for all required aspects of the real estate industry and strategies to successfully pass the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Examination. This course is 100 percent online--no additional textbooks or study materials are needed.

After completion the course, an additional 36 hours of classroom coursework are needed to apply for a real estate license.
