North Winneshiek non-teaching staff might be offered early retirement package

The North Winneshiek School District has offered its teachers an early retirement package in the past.  Now non-teaching North Winn employees may get the same kind of offer.

The North Winneshiek School Board Monday night discussed whether or not to pursue an early retirement package for the non-teaching staff--and decided to ask Superintendent Tim Dugger to create guidelines and costs associated with such a proposal.
