Details set for Luther College absentee voting station

The time and date for a Satellite Voting Station at Luther College have been selected.  The satellite station will be in operation Thursday, October 23rd, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Dahl Centennial Union.

The station will be for people living in voting precincts 5 and 6, which includes the Luther College campus proper as well as much of Decorah's west side (north of 5th Avenue and west of Locust Road).

Also, absentee voting for all precincts begins in the Auditor's office this Thursday (September 25th).  So, any Luther College voters that anticipate not being available at the time of the satellite station or voters that don't live in the precincts for Wards 4 or 5, can vote in the Auditor's office during normal business hours between September 25th and November 3rd.  Or they can go to their polling place on election day on November 4th.
