Accident sends one person to the hospital

A Decorah teenager was injured in a three-vehicle accident on State Street in Decorah Monday afternoon.

Police say a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Mc Kinley Eide of Decorah was struck by a a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Nicole Wink of Monticello shortly after 5:00 p.m. Monday.  The force of the collision pushed Eide's vehicle into a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Tom Hauber of Decorah.

Eide was taken by ambulance to Winneshiek Medical Center.  Wink was charged with Failure to Maintain Control.
