Company hired to reduce rainwater runoff at NICC

A Fort Atkinson company has been hired to do a project to reduce rainwater runoff from the NICC Calmar campus and from fields near the Iowa's Dairy Center at the Calmar campus.

Dennis Rausch will be paid $47,887.15 for the work.  Funding for the project will come from a grant through the Winneshiek Soil and Water Conservation District's Central Turkey River Watershed Demonstration program.
