Niki e-mails: "  I wondered if maybe decorahnews could help encourage people to not park on the grass at our local parks and instead park in the parking spaces designated. Over the weekend members of the NE Iowa Rugby club played a game and instead of parking in the gravel lot at the end of the soccer fields- people (adults) were parked ALL over the grass at Pulpit rock park.

We couldn't even park there to use the park. This is unacceptable! Decorah is lucky to have the parks they we do and then to have people so disrespectfully use the space by parking all over it- not cool!"
