Mabel man who has ten drunk driving charges now has one more charge against him from his latest traffic accident

The 62-year-old Mabel man who has had ten drunk driving charges filed against him during his life now has one more charge against him from his latest drunk driving arrest.

62-year-old Dale Donahue of Mabel now faces a charge of failure to obey a stop sign, as well as charges of drunk driving, not having a vaid drivers license and not having proof of insurance.  The charges have been filed in the wake of a two-vehicle accident on North Winn Road on Sunday, August 30th.

A judge has scheduled a trial on the charges against Donahue for November 13th at 9:00 a.m.  A pretrial conference will be held on October 28th.

Bond in the case has been set at $2,000.
