The Bank of the West Foundation has awarded a $2,000 grant to the NICC Foundation to provide financial assistance to students who enroll in the college's Adult Literacy services. The grant will benefit students from Winneshiek and Howard counties by providing resources for NICC Adult Literacy Services, which include High School Equivalency Diploma classes and English for Speakers of Other Languages classes.
The grant will provide testing and program fee waivers, books, supplies and additional support to serve residents in the two counties and their educational needs and goals.
