Old Stage Road accident leads to ticket

A Mabel man has been cited for Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way following a two vehicle accident on Old Stage Road.

Police say Arland Brown of Mabel was driving north on the road around 12:30 Tuesday afternoon when he failed to yield to traffic and made a left turn into the side of a vehicle driven by Leonard Panos Junior of Decorah.

The accident caused $2,700 in damages. Neither driver was injured.
