Pepperfield Project hosting Harvest Dinners on the Farm

The Pepperfield Project will be holding a series of four harvest dinners starting Saturday that celebrate regional heirloom vegetables prepared for Italian, Vietnamese, Mexican and German cuisines.
 
The meals will include information about the different varieties grown in Pepperfield's garden.  Each meal will feature a type of meat, but there will always be several vegetarian courses as well. Dinners will start at 6pm, but guests are invited to come early to enjoy the gardens.  
 
Saturday's meal features an Italian menu; September 13th's meal has a Vietnamese menu; September 27th's meal has a Mexican menu and October 11th's meal has a German menu.
