Winneshiek Medical Center offering pilates classes

Winneshiek Medical Center Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Department will be offering Pilates classes this fall for people of all skill levels.

Classes in the Decorah studio at WMC will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. and on Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.  Classes in the Ossian Clinic Studio are on Mondays from 5:15 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. All equipment needed will be provided by WMC.

The autumn sessions run through November.  People can attend any or all classes by purchasing a punch pass for one class for $10, or a 5-class punch card ($45) or a 10-class punch card ($80).  There are discounts available for students and WMC staff.
