"Women of the Word" to begin Bible study September 3rd

"Women of the Word," the Decorah Interdenominational Bible study, will resume meeting on Wednesday, September 3rd, at 9:15 a.m. at Decorah Covenant Church.

Women of all ages, church denominations and life journeys are encouraged to participate for all, or a portion, of the year's line-up.  All women are welcome! 

The 2014-2015 series of study kicks off with "The Law of Love: Lessons from the Pages of Deuteronomy," a Beth Moore Lecture Study.  Additional studies lined up for the year include Kyle Idleman's "Not a Fan;" Lisa Harper's new spin on Hebrews, "Hebrews, the Nearness of King Jesus:" and "Magnificent Obsession" with Anne Graham Lotz.

If you love Bible study and have a desire to fellowship with other women, you're invited to "WOW" Wednesday mornings from 9:15 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. at Decorah Covenant Church at 115 Washington Street in Decorah, starting with an informational "come and go" session September 3rd.  An additional evening session may be offered if participants request this. All women are invited; all are welcome.  Childcare is provided.
