Calmar's Mikayla Lien named Iowa Dairy Princess

The 2014 Iowa Dairy Princess is 19-year-old Mikayla Lien from Calmar.
Lien was crowned the 61st Iowa Dairy Princess during a Wednesday evening ceremony at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines. She will spend the year serving as a goodwill ambassador for Iowa's dairy farmers.
Lien represents Winneshiek County. She is a student at the University of Northern Iowa, where she is a communications major. Mikayla is the daughter of Gary and Patty Lien of Calmar.
The outgoing Iowa Dairy Princess is Mariah Schmitt, the daughter of Carl and Terry Schmitt from Fort Atkinson.
