Three winners announced in Park-Rec Department's photo contest

The Decorah Parks & Recreation Department has announced the winners of its July photo contest. 

Participants were asked to capture photos of Phelps Park, Twin Springs Park and Will Baker Park, including Pulpit Rock.

Paul Herold has been recognized for his photo of the Severt Larson Memorial Fountain in Phelps Park.  Robert Beebe has been selected for his photo of Will Baker Park.  Mark Worcester has been recognized for his photo of Twin Springs Park.
