Business with office in Decorah gets new owners for second time this month

"Radius Global Solutions LLC" is the new owner of an accounts receivable company that has an office in Decorah

At one time the company with offices in Decorah used to be named "Pinnacle Financial Group."  Pinnacle Financial was bought by National Asset Recovery Services from St. Louis, which later changed the name of the business to "Integrity Solution Services, Inc."  Earlier this month Integrity was bought by "Intrepid Capital Partners," a private equity investment group related to the Hiranandani Group, one of India's largest real estate developers and wealthiest families.

Now several sources tell decorahnews.com that Intrepid has resold the company and the new owner will be "Radius Global Solutions," which is headquartered in Ambler, Pennsylvania.  At the same time Radius agreed to acquire Veldos, another telemarketing provider.

The combined Radius Global Solutions company will have 2,600 employees at 11 locations around the world.  Company officials say all current employees in Decorah will become employees of the new company, with all benefits, bonuses and other financial reimbursements preserved.
