Norwegian trumpet player Kai Robert Johansen helps start Nordic Fest

Internationally known Norwegian trumpeter and composer Kai Robert Johansen lives in Sarpsborg, Norway--the country's fifth-largest city.  But at Nordic Fest in Decorah this past weekend, he called Decorah "my American home."
