Marcia Fox recognized as Nordic Fest Flag Recipient

Retired Decorah teacher Marcia Fox was recognized Thursday at the 2014 Nordic Fest Flag Recipient.

Fox has worked with the Nordic Fest craft show for 25 years. In 2000 she joined the Nordic Fest Board and served for 14 years, helping to organize and run the arts and crafts and antique shows.
