Finding the right choice of food that is healthy and something children will eat can be difficult.  In an effort to highlight those well-balanced meals for kids, Gundersen Health System has created the "500 Club for Kids."

As part of the program, McDonald's restaurants in the area--including those in Decorah--are now offering Go-GURT low-fat yogurt as a healthy side option in Happy Meals.

The Go-GURT has just 50 calories, half a gram of fat and 25 percent less sugar than the leading kid's low-fat yogurt.  The yogurt is also a good source of calcium and vitamin D.
