Ossian woman now faces five more criminal charges

Ossian resident Tara Ann Bohr is back in jail.

Bohr was arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies over the weekend on an outstanding arrest warrant.  The arrest came on five criminal charges:

--Commission of an Unlawful Activity, a Class B Felony
--Using a Juvenile to Commit an Indictable Offense, a Class C Felony
--Conspiracy to Commit Non-Forcible Felony, a Class D Felony
--Fourth Degree Theft, a Serious Misdemeanor
--Possession of Marijuan, a Serious Misdemeanor

The five charge stem from an investigation by Calmar Police, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department and the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office.

Bohr is being held in the Winneshiek County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

In March of this year Bohr was arrested on one count of Third Degree Burglary and six counts of Forgery.  The Third Degree Burglary charge was filed against Bohr of her alleged participation in the burglary of Silver Spring Golf Course last July.
