New bosses for Decorah company

An investment company with strong ties to India will become the new owner of a telemarketing company that has an office in Decorah

The telemarketing company used to be named "Pinnacle Financial Group."  Employees phone calls to collect aged receivables in the bankcard, auto, medical, consumer, student loans and commercial business segments.  Pinnacle Financial was bought by National Asset Recovery Services from St. Louis, which later changed the name of the business to "Integrity Solution Services, Inc."  Now it is possible that the company will go through another set of new owners.

Several sources who wished not to be identified have told decorahnews.com that the company has been bought by "Intrepid Capital Partners," a private equity investment group related to the Hiranandani Group, one of India's largest real estate developers and wealthiest families.

Intrepid Capital Partners focuses on growth capital investments in North America and India.  It already owns another telemarketing business called "Veldos," headquartered in Pennsylvania.  No official news release has been issued by Intrepid Capital Partners yet, but sources tell decorahnews.com that Intrepid has purchased the stock of integrity.
