Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department help to send four local kids to Y Camp

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has helped to send four Winneshiek County kids to Boone, Iowa for a one week-long Y Camp.

The students selected to attend the camp all were from South Winneshiek Elementary School in Ossian.  They were Dalton Headington, Owen Larson, Veda Gerleman and Tonya Schirmer. 

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department worked in cooperation with the Greater Des Moines Y-Camp and the Iowa Sheriff's and Deputy Sheriff's Association to sponsor the children to attend the camp.
