County Zoning Commission approves conditional use permit for temporary asphalt plant

The Winneshiek County Zoning Commission has approved a conditional use permit for a temporary asphalt plant on 270th Street.

River City Paving had applied for the permit, which will run from August 1st through October 1st.  The plant will be set up to provide asphalt for a project involving Highway 9.
