Winneshiek County Ag Association honors volunteers

Five people have been given Distinguished Service Awards by the Winneshiek County Ag Association for "the many hours (they) have given to the Winneshiek County Fair."

The awards were given Tuesday to Janice and Spencer Hotvedt; Arlin Hanson; and Marcy and Marie Broghammer.

The Ag Association started the awards in 2010 as a way to thank all the volunteers who help to make the fair a success.
