City poliice handle two-vehicle traffic accident

A Decorah woman was ticketed Sunday morning following a two-vehicle traffic accident on West Broadway Street at Mill Street.

Decorah Police say 73-year-old Sue Anderson pulled out from a stop sign and struck a Chrysler minivan being driven by 20-year-old Torrie Munkel of Cresco.  Neither driver was injured.  Anderson was ticketed for failure to obey a stop sign.  The accident caused $7,000 in damages.
