Decorah Park-Rec is holding a photo contest

The Decorah Parks & Recreation Department is hosting a photo contest in July.

Each week will feature one of Decorah's parks. Take time during the week to explore the park and take a photograph.  Drop it off at the Park-Rec Office in City Hall or e-mail it to recreation@decorahia.org

Photos must be submitted by noon on Monday of the following week to be entered in the photo contest.  Each week a 'best photo' will be chosen and will be printed as a postcard to be sold throughout the season at the campground.  Winners will be announced on Facebook.

Individuals of all ages are eligible to participate. Individuals are limited to one photo submission per week. By submitting a photo individuals agree to give Decorah Parks & Recreation the right to use that photo.

Phelps Park will be the featured park during the week of July 7th (photos due by noon on Monday, July 14th).  Will Baker Park and Pulpit Rock will be the featured park during the week of July 14th (photos due by noon on Monday, July 21st).  Twin Springs Park is the featured park during the week of July 21st (photos are due by noon on Monday, July 28th)
