Decorah Boy Scout recognized by Historical Society

Decorah Eagle Scout Kaleb Michel was recognized Monday by members of the Winneshiek County Historical Society.

Michel's Eagle project involved the Statue of Liberty replica at the Winneshiek County Courthouse, but he has been active in a number of historical preservation projects.  He and his family, for instance, have helped renovate signs at other Winneshiek County historic cemeteries.  For details, see http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2012/08/3312.html
