Decorah--Iowa's solar energy capitol?

Is Decorah the solar energy capitol of Iowa?

Alliant Energy regional representative Jim Collins praises the community for its many homeowner solar energy installations.  Collins says if you add in Luther College's solar energy facilities, Decorah "has the most solar projects of any city in the state."

A number of Decorah businesses have gone solar, as well.  West Side Dental is the latest, with a spokesperson saying the dental clinic expects to get at least 25 percent of its needed electricity from the solar panels.
