Winneshiek County Democrats thank Roger Thomas for his service

Winneshiek County Democrats got a chance to thank State Representative Roger Thomas for his years of service at a gathering last Thursday evening at the home of Boyd Wasson of Decorah.

Roger Thomas  and hiswife Rosemary welcomed Democratic candidate Rick Edwards and his wife, Deb.  Edwards is running for the seat Thomas held until he retired.
