The Board of Trustees of Winneshiek Medical Center will meet at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the hospital and two new people will be in attendance.
Dr. Robert Flinchbaugh will be introduced as the new Chief Medical Officer at Winneshiek Medical Center. Dr. Flinchbaugh succeeds WMC Interim Chief Medical Officer Dr. Steven Davis, who will continue full-time as a general surgeon in Decorah and Waukon. He currently practices family medicine in Kasson, Minnesota and teaches at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester.
Also attending the meeting will be Interim Chief Administrative Officer Lisa Radtke. She has been appointed to replace former Chief Administrative Officer Gretchen Dahlen. Radtke has worked for more than 30 years at Mayo Clinic Health System, serving 17 years as a behavioral health counselor and director, and 17 years in Human Resources and Organizational Learning and Development. She currently serves in the role of Regional Administrator for Human Resources for the Southwest Wisconsin Region.
