This is Bike to Work Week in Decorah

Several events are planned this week in Decorah to observe "Bike to Work Week."

Volunteers will be at the bike racks at 200 West Water Street from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday to fill up tires and replenish water bottles.

At 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, there will be a "Full Moon Night Ride," meeting on West Main Street at the Dug Road trailhead.

The Courtyard & Cellar will have bike-themed trivia questions at its weekly trivia contest Thursday night, with bike-related prizes given away.

The "Bike to Work Week" activities cap off with a showing of the biking movie, "Ride the Divide," at 8:00 p.m. Friday in the Courtyard and Cellar.

Throughout the week 15 Decorah businesses will offer deals and giveaways to people wearing bike helmets.
