Sheriff's Department responds to one vehicle rollover

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says it responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on 270th Avenue in Madison Township just before noon Wednesday.

21-year-old Whitney Owen was driving a pickup down the road when she failed to negotiate a left curve and entered the ditch.  The truck then overturned, striking a fence and coming to rest on its wheels. Owen was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
