Interim Chief Administrative Officer named at Winneshiek Medical Center

Lisa Radtke has been named Interim Chief Administrative Officer at Winneshiek Medical Center.

Radtke replaces former Chief Administrative Officer Gretchen Dahlen, whose last day at the hospital was Friday.

Radtke has worked for more than 30 years at Mayo Clinic Health System, serving 17 years as a behavioral health counselor and director, and 17 years in Human Resources and Organizational Learning and Development. She currently serves in the role of Regional Administrator for Human Resources for the Southwest Wisconsin Region. She holds a Master's of Science degree in Community Health and is a licensed social worker. 

Mayo Clinic Health System--Franciscan Healthcare Chief Administrative Officer Joe Kruse late last week told decorahnews.com he expects the Interim Chief Administrative Offier to work at Winneshiek Medical Center three days a week while a search for a new permanent Chief Administrative Officer is conducted.  Kruse told decorahnews.com he expects that process to take four to six months.
