Decorah man killed in Dubuque accident

A Decorah man was killed Monday in a traffic accident near Dubuque.
57-year-old Arnold Fortman of Decorah was driving a semi at a quarry in the 4500 block of Dodge Street around 11:45 a.m. Monday when the semi and trailer rolled over.
fAuthorities say Fortman was in the middle of dropping off a load when the semi and trailer rolled over.
He was taken to Mercy Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
