Minnesota man loses control of his motorcycle on County A-18

24-year-old Darren Easley of Preston, Minnesota suffered a broken arm after losing control of his motorcycle on Friday night.

Easley was riding on County A-18, near its intersection with County W-20.  He took a curve too wide and entered the right shoulder of the road, losing traction on the gravel and entering the ditch.

Easley was wearing a motorcycle helmet, which saved his life.  Hd was taken to the hospital in Cresco for treatment.  Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were assisted by the Iowa State Patrol, Winneshiek County First Responders and Winneshiek County Ambulance.
