The Winneshiek County Auditor's Office says absentee balloting, both in-office and by mail, for the June 3rd Primary Election will begin on Thursday.
Absentee balloting will be conducted during normal business hours--Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. each weekday in the County Auditor's Office. Feel free to contact the Auditor's Office with questions at auditor@co.winneshiek.ia.us or (563)382-5085.
Meanwhile, the Auditor's Office has received a petition requesting a Satellite Absentee Voting Station at Luther College for the upcoming June 3rd Primary Election. Details are still being worked out with Luther College officials, but the Satellite Voting Station is tentatively scheduled for May 13th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Official notice and complete details will be released when they become available.
