Decorah fifth graders visit Des Moines

Fifth grade classes from Decorah Middle School traveled to Des Moines last week to visit the Iowa Capitol.  The field trip was a culmination of the Iowa History unit for these students.  The students also visited the Iowa Hall of Pride.  

The students are able to take the trip because of the annual Decorah Middle School magazine sales fundraiser.
