Traffic stop leads to charges against a Decorah man

A 34-year-old Decorah man faces three charges following a traffic stop on Highway 52 late Tuesday night.

Chad Scheidel was stopped by police for driving on a revoked driver's license and for having an expired registration.  Police also say they discovered drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana on Scheidel. 

Scheidel has been charged with Operating While Intoxicated--Third Offense, Possession of Marijuana and Driving while Revoked.
