Truck runs off the road into Trout Run Creek--but where's the driver?

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were called to Trout Run Road Sunday morning shortly before 8:00 a.m. for a report of a pickup that had left the road and gone into the creek.

When officers arrived at the scene they found that the pick-up was partially submerged in the creek.  What they didn't find was the driver.

Police officers, firefighters and EMS workers searched the creek and the area around the pickup and could not find the driver or any passengers.

The Sheriff's Department says they are continuing their investigation into the accident.  More information will be released later, according to the Sheriff's Department.
