51-year-old Richard Asegan of Decorah has entered guilty pleas to three criminal charges filed after a police raid in December at 2474 Dogwood Road.
Asegan plead guilty to charges of Conspiracy to possess a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine (a Class B felony); Possession of a Drug Precursor, Pseudoephedrine (a Class D felony) and Possession of a Drug Precursor, Lithium (a Class D felony).
A judge sentenced Asegan to 10 years in prison on the first charge and five years in prison on each of the other two charges, then suspended the sentences and ordered Asegan placed on probation. He will lose his right to vote and his driver's license.
Police raided the house on December 12th and said they found evidence of a meth lab on the premises.
