An art exhibit of mixed media sculptures will go on display starting Wednesday in the Kristin Wigley-Fleming Gallery in the Luther College Center for the Arts.
The exhibit features the works of University of North Dakota sculpture professor Patrick Luber. The sculptures combine the imagery of the human body with everyday objects and scenery. From lungs framing portraits to hands with Christmas trinkets, Luber's sculptures explore the intersection of religion, individualism and popular culture.
Luber will speak in chapel services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Center for the Arts.
