Luther College Nordic Choir selected to perform at Des Moines conference

Luther College's Nordic Choir has been selected to perform at the North Central-American Choral Directors Association Conference in Des Moines, Iowa, March 22nd.
  
The Nordic Choir will perform at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Ambrose Cathedral at 607 High Street in Des Moines.

In addition to the Nordic Choir's performance, Luther College professor emeritus of music Weston Noble will present two sessions at the conference: "Vulnerability–a Hidden Gift of Music," at 4:45 p.m. Friday, March 21st, in the Renaissance Savery Hotel at 401 Locust Street in Des Moines; and "The Choral Conductor as Mentor and Pastor," at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 22nd, in the Marriott Hotel, Salon A, B, C and D, at 700 Grand Avenue in Des Moines. This session also features Allen Hightower and the Nordic Choir.
