Mr. Answer Person says, "You're probably familiar with 'Winneshiek County Development, Inc.", the organization that helps promote economic development in Winneshiek County.  Think of 'Decorah Jobs' as just like WCDI--but with a focus only on the City of Decorah, instead of all of Winneshiek County.  In short, the two organizations are similar and work together, but Decorah Jobs doesn't worry about economic development in other parts of Winneshiek County, leaving that to WCDI.
