Another marijuana bust in Decorah

Decorah Police have made another arrest on drug charges--their fourth such arrest in one week.

Police say they have charged 21-year-old Jason Hagen of Ames, Iowa with possession of marijuana after allegedly finding the drug during an investigation at Luther College.
