Decorah chef Andy Bonnet featured on Iowa Public Television

If you watch the latest episode of "Iowa Ingredient" at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the Iowa Public Television network's "Learn" channel, you'll see a familiar face.

Rubaiyat Restaurant co-owner Andy Bonnet puts on his chef's hat and cooks chocolate torte with fresh Iowa strawberries and a jicama-strawberry salad at the IPTV studio kitchen in Johnston.

And if you miss the episode on Wednesday, you can watch it next Saturday, March 15th at 7:00 p.m. on IPTV's "World" channel and next Sunday, March 16th at 6:00 p.m. on the "Learn" channel.
